本文深入探讨了食品安全标识的定义、分类和法律法规依据,强调了其在维护消费者权益中的重要作用.通过提出食品安全标识系统设计的明确性、易懂性、一致性、有效性和国际接轨 5 项原则,分析图形符号设计、文字信息表达、色彩运用与心理效应、编码与追溯系统设计构成要素.并提出政府监管、企业自律、消费者教育和跨部门协作的实施策略,以期为构建更加完善、高效的食品安全标识系统提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
This article delves into the definition,classification,and legal basis of food safety labeling,emphasizing its important role in safeguarding consumer rights.By proposing five principles of clarity,understandability,consistency,effectiveness,and international standards for the design of food safety labeling systems,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of graphic symbol design,textual information expression,color application and psychological effects,and coding and traceability system design.And propose implementation strategies for government regulation,corporate self-discipline,consumer education,and cross departmental collaboration,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for building a more complete and efficient food safety labeling system.
