Application Status and Strategy of Third-Party Supervision Mode for Food Safety in University Canteens and Collective Catering in Tianjin
This study discussed the application status and strategy of the third-party supervision model for food safety in the field of university canteens and collective catering in Tianjin.Although Tianjin has made significant progress in food safety regulations and technology,food safety problems still exist due to the economic pressure and insufficient regulatory capacity of business entities.Third party supervision has significantly improved the level of food safety management by introducing professional testing,risk warning systems,and employee training.It is suggested to further deepen the cooperation between third-party supervision and universities in the future,in order to continuously improve the level of food safety and ensure the healthy diet of teachers and students.
