Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection in China
With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for food consumption is increasing day by day,and it is particularly important to strengthen food safety in an all-round way.In recent years,frequent food safety incidents not only pose a threat to consumers'health,but also bring adverse effects on the stability and development of the entire society.Therefore,the establishment and improvement of food safety supervision and sampling system to ensure food quality and safety has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in food safety supervision and sampling inspection in China,and proposes corresponding optimization measures,aiming at effectively improving the quality and efficiency of food safety supervision and sampling inspection,and protecting the rights and interests of consumers.
