摘要

本文建立了QuEChERS结合超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定蔬菜中 3 种四环素类抗生素的方法.方法学分析发现,四环素质量浓度在 2~200 ng·mL-1 时,土霉素、金霉素质量浓度在 1~200 ng·mL-1 时,线性关系良好,线性系数均大于 0.995.四环素、土霉素和金霉素的检出限分别为 0.8 μg·kg-1、0.4 μg·kg-1、0.4 μg·kg-1,定量限分别为 2.6 μg·kg-1、1.3 μg·kg-1、1.3 μg·kg-1.各目标化合物的回收率为 64.5%~92.6%,相对标准偏差为 1.8%~10.9%.表明本方法灵敏度高、操作简单,适用于蔬菜中 3 种四环素类抗生素的快速检测.

Abstract

In this paper,a method for the determination of three tetracycline antibiotics in vegetables by QuEChERS combined with ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.Methodological analysis showed that when the mass concentration of tetracycline was 2 ng·mL-1 to 200 ng·mL-1,the mass concentration of oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline were 1 ng·mL-1 to 200 ng·mL-1,the linear relationship was good,and the linear coefficients were greater than 0.995.The limits of detection of tetracycline,oxytetracycline and aureomycin were 0.8 μg·kg-1,0.4 μg·kg-1 and 0.4 μg·kg-1,and the limits of quantitation were 2.6 μg·kg-1,1.3 μg·kg-1 and 1.3 μg·kg-1,respectively.The recoveries of the target compounds were 64.5%to 92.6%and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%to 10.9%The results indicated this method is sensitive and easy to operate,which is suitable for the rapid determination of there tetracycline antibiotics in vegetables.
