Analysis of Lead,Arsenic,Cadmium,Mercury and Chromium Content and Pollution Status in Different Parts of Squid
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of heavy metal content and pollution status of different parts of squid.Method:Twenty batches of squid were randomly collected from the market, and samples from different parts were obtained after disintegration, and the contents of five heavy metals in the samples were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the heavy metal pollution status was evaluated.Result:Five kinds of heavy metal elements were detected in different parts of squid, and the content of squid was quite different, and there was a risk of heavy metal pollution to different degrees, both arsenic and cadmium in the head of squid, cadmium in the cartilage, arsenic and cadmium in the internal organs, and lead and cadmium in the outer membrane have relatively high levels, all attaining the level of serious pollution. Conclusion:Viscera is the part with the highest risk of heavy metal contamination in squid, and cadmium is the highest risk of heavy metal element in squid.
