食品包装用PET阻光母粒的制备和性能研究

本文以二氧化钛(金红石型)、炭黑、PET粉、紫外线吸收剂为原料,采用熔融共混工艺制备PET阻光母粒.利用分光光度仪、万能力学试验机等对制备样品的阻光性能、力学性能等进行了测试.结果表明,阻光母粒的加入,能够明显提升食品包装用PET材料的阻光性能,起到良好的光屏蔽效果;当阻光母粒添加量在 0%~15%时,随着添加量的增大,材料的阻光性能越来越优异,样品的拉伸强度、弯曲模量、比重也有所提升.简支梁缺口冲击强度随着阻光颗粒加入量的增大而逐渐降低.此外,增大阻光母粒的添加量,还有利于改善熔体流动速率.
Preparation and Properties of PET Masterbatch for Food Packaging
In this paper,using titanium dioxide(rutile type),carbon black,polyethylene terephthalate(PET)powder and ultraviolet absorbent as raw materials,PET light blocking masterbatch was prepared by melt blending process.The optical resistance and mechanical properties of the prepared samples were tested by spectrophotometer and universal mechanical testing machine.The results show that the addition of light blocking masterbatch can obviously improve the light blocking performance of PET material for food packaging,and play a good light shielding effect;when the addition amount of masterbatch is 0%~15%,with the increase of the addition amount,the light resistance performance of the material is more and more excellent,and the tensile strength,bending modulus and specific gravity of the sample are also increased.The notched impact strength of the simple supported beam decreases gradually with the increase of the amount of light blocking particles.In addition,increasing the amount of light blocking masterbatch can also improve the melt flow rate.
