Analysis on the Monitoring Results of Fungicides in Vegetables of Liaocheng in 2020
Objective:To analyze the contamination of fungicides in vegetables sold in Liaocheng city,and to provide reference for relevant departments to carry out vegetable quality supervision and management.Methods:A total of 269 samples of 3 kinds of vegetables were randomly collected in 4 counties(cities and districts)of Liaocheng city,and 9 common fungicides(enoylmorpholine,triazolone,tebuconazole,difenoconazole,carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,enomorpholine,tebuconazole,methalene)were detected.Results:The detection rate of fungicide in the three vegetables was 53.9%,and celery had the highest detection rate(85.2%).Difenoconazole(33.3%)had the highest detection rate of fungicides,and carbendazim,enomorpholine and propiconazole more than 15%.The detection rate of two or more fungicides on a single vegetable reached 39.8%.All samples did not exceed the standard limit of biocide.Conclusion:The detection rate of fungicides in three kinds of vegetables such as onion,leek and celery in Liaocheng city is relatively high,and the monitoring should be strengthened and corresponding measures should be taken to ensure food safety.
