选取市面上常见的PET塑料包装盒、PE塑料袋、PP塑料餐盒和PVC保鲜膜作为研究对象,分析食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯和微塑料的含量、组成及其迁移行为.结果表明,所有样品中均检出邻苯二甲酸酯,总含量为 0.57~35.60 μg·g-1,PVC保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯含量最高;在微塑料分析方面,PVC保鲜膜中微塑料颗粒数量多于PP塑料餐盒,且粒径较大.本研究为评估食品包装材料安全性提供了科学依据,可为改进包装材料制造工艺和制定相关标准提供依据.
Analysis of Migration Behavior of Phthalates and Microplastics in Food Packaging Materials
PET plastic boxes,PE plastic bags,PP lunch boxes and PVC cling film were selected as the research objects to analyze the content,composition and migration behavior of phthalates and microplastics in food packaging materials.The results showed that phthalate was detected in all samples,the total content ranged from 0.57 μg·g-1 to 35.6 μg·g-1,and the content of phthalate was the highest in PVC cling film.The microplastic analysis found that the number of microplastic particles in PVC cling film was more than that in PP lunch boxes,and the particle size was larger.This study provides a scientific basis for evaluating the safety of food packaging materials,and can provide a basis for improving the manufacturing process of packaging materials and formulating relevant standards.
