Uncertainty Evaluation of the Determination of Total Acid Esters in Baijiu by Indicator Method
According to the latest standard GB/T 10345-2022,the total amount of acid esters in liquor was determined by the indicator method.According to CNAS-GL006:2019 and JJF 1059.1-2012,the uncertainty factors in the whole experimental process were systematically analyzed,the uncertainty components were calculated,and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were finally determined.The results showed that the total amount of acid esters in liquor was 41.57 mmol·L-1,the synthetic standard uncertainty was 0.30 mmol·L-1,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.60 mmol·L-1(k=2).The titration volume of the standard solution was the main source of uncertainty.
