藿香中有机磷农药残留气相色谱检测方法的建立

目的:建立一种气相色谱检测藿香中 12 种有机磷农药残留的方法.方法:采用QuEChERS前处理技术结合凝胶渗透色谱(Gel Permeation Chromatography,GPC)净化,气相色谱测定,外标法定量.结果:12种有机磷农药在0.005~0.200 mg·L-1 线性关系良好,相关系数R2≥0.999,检出限为0.005~0.010 mg·kg-1.平均回收率为75%~106%,相对标准偏差为1.08%~15.00%.结论:该方法有机溶剂用量少、回收率高、精确度好,可用于藿香中 12种有机磷农药残留的快速检测.
Establishment of Gas Chromatographic Method for Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Agastache rugosa
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for detecting 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Agastache rugosa.Methods:QuEChERS pretreatment technology combined with gel permeation chromatography(GPC)purification,gas chromatography determination and external standard quantitative method were used.Result:The linear relationship of 12 organophosphorus pesticides was good between 0.005 and 0.200 mg·L-1,with a correlation coefficient R2≥0.999 and a detection limit of 0.005 mg·kg-1 to 0.010 mg·kg-1.The average recovery rate is 75%to 106%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.08%to 15.00%.Conclusion:This method has low organic solvent dosage,high recovery rate,and good accuracy,and can be used for rapid detection of 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Agastache rugosa.
