Research Progress on the Application of PCR Technology in Food Microbial Detection
Microbial contamination in food is one of the important factors affecting food safety.The polymerase chain reaction(PCR)is a specific detection method with the characteristics of sensitivity and speed,and is widely used in the detection of food microorganisms.This paper describes the characteristics of PCR technology,the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection,and discusses the main problems existing in the current PCR technology in food microbial detection,in order to provide reference for the application of PCR technology in the field of food microbial detection.
