摘要
随着科技的不断进步,高分辨质谱技术在食品检测领域中的应用越来越广泛.高分辨质谱技术以其高灵敏度、高分辨率和高准确度的特点,在食品中有害物质、营养成分以及食品添加剂等的检测中表现出色.本文探讨了高分辨质谱技术在食品检测中的具体应用及其优势,以期为食品质量监管提供技术参考.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of science and technology,high-resolution mass spectrometry technology is more and more widely used in the field of food testing.With its high sensitivity,high resolution and high accuracy,high-resolution mass spectrometry technology performs well in the detection of harmful substances,nutrients and food additives in food.In this paper,the specific application and advantages of high-resolution mass spectrometry in food testing are discussed,in order to provide technical reference for food quality supervision.
