2023年广州与佛山地区水产品中兽药残留监测与分析

目的:对广州与佛山地区市售的水产品进行兽药残留监测和分析.方法:采用随机抽样法,于2023 年从广州、佛山及周边地区的水产品批发市场采集水产品样本 9 577 批次,通过胶体金检测卡对样本中的兽药残留量进行检测,以判定其是否符合安全标准.结果:在抽检的样本中,共检出阳性样本 233 批次,阳性检出率为 2.43%.其中,恩诺沙星的阳性检出率最高,其次是孔雀石绿和氯霉素.而在不同水产品中的兽药残留监测中,九节虾和鲈鱼的恩诺沙星阳性检出率最高.结论:广州与佛山地区水产品中兽药残留问题仍然需要持续关注,建议有关部门继续加强市场监测,提高监管力度,确保水产品的质量安全.
Monitoring and Analysis of Veterinary Drug Residues in Aquatic Products in Guangzhou and Foshan Area in 2023
Objective:To monitor and analyze veterinary drug residues in aquatic products sold in Guangzhou and Foshan area.Method:Random sampling was used to collect 9 577 batches of aquatic product samples from wholesale markets in Guangzhou,Foshan,and surrounding areas in 2023.The residual levels of veterinary drugs in the samples were tested using colloidal gold detection cards to determine whether they met safety standards.Result:A total of 233 batches of positive samples were detected in the sampled samples,with a positive detection rate of 2.43%.Among them,enrofloxacin has the highest positive detection rate,followed by malachite green and chloramphenicol.In the monitoring of veterinary drug residues in different aquatic products,the highest positive detection rate of enrofloxacin was found in nine section shrimp and sea bass.Conclusion:The issue of veterinary drug residues in aquatic products in Guangzhou and Foshan area still needs continuous attention.It is recommended that relevant departments continue to strengthen market monitoring,improve regulatory efforts,and ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products.
