Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Meat Food Safety Supervision
With the continuous improvement of residents'quality of life,meat products have occupied an increasingly important position in residents'dietary structure,and meat food safety has become a hot topic of public concern.This study analyzes the development status of meat food safety supervision and proposes that there are problems in meat food safety supervision,such as insufficient detection equipment and technology application,complex supervision objects and supervision contents,and insufficient coordination among supervision subjects.It also proposes targeted supervision countermeasures such as strengthening supervision resource allocation and supervision technology innovation,expanding the scope of meat food safety supervision,and strengthening the coordination of meat food safety supervision subjects,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of meat food safety supervision.
