Food Safety and Supply Chain Management in Food Engineering
Food safety is the core issue of food engineering,and the increasingly complex supply chain brings severe challenges to food safety management.Traditional food safety management model is difficult to fully identify and effectively control supply chain risks,and innovative strategies are needed.Based on the analysis of the key factors of food safety and supply chain management,this paper puts forward risk management strategies such as comprehensive identification and assessment of risks,implementation of preventive measures,and establishment of a rapid response traceability mechanism.At the same time,it looks forward to the application prospects of cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain,internet of things,and big data in food safety supervision and supply chain optimization.Through the two-wheel drive of technology empowerment and management innovation,we can build a strong food safety defense line and enhance the resilience of the supply chain,in order to achieve high-quality development of food engineering.
