The detection of pesticide residues in food is an important link to ensure food safety,and it is of great significance to clarify the types and contents of pesticide residues in different foods to ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the harm of pesticide residues in food,discusses the specific applications of gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,chromatography-mass spectrometry,biosensor technology and immunoassay technology in the detection of pesticide residues in food,and puts forward quality control measures for the detection of pesticide residues in food,aiming at ensuring the accuracy of detection and protecting the health of consumers.
