Analysis Methods and Quality Safety Control Strategies of Baijiu Quality
Baijiu,as one of the traditional drinks in China,has wide circulation and large audience in our society.Based on the impact of social demand and people's livelihood economic development,the Baijiu industry shows a trend of high quality and high output.With the increase of consumption demand and the expansion of industry scale,the improvement and guarantee of Baijiu quality are increasingly concerned by the public.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the analysis of Baijiu quality under the current social background to ensure that Baijiu products can be produced and sold with high quality and high safety.Based on this,this paper studied the Baijiu quality analysis method and quality safety control strategy,hoping to provide reference for the development of China's Baijiu industry.
