食品企业对原始设备制造商(Original Equipment Manufacturer,OEM)工厂的质量控制对于确保食品安全、满足法规要求、保护消费者健康和维护企业声誉至关重要.本文阐述了对OEM工厂审核的要点、委托加工的质量控制以及驻厂专员的质量监督要点,以期完善食品企业委托加工的质量监督体系,确保委托加工的产品符合质量要求.
Abstract
Quality control of original equipment manufacturer(OEM)factories by food companies is crucial for ensuring food safety,meeting regulatory requirements,protecting consumer health,and maintaining corporate reputation.This article elaborates on the key points of OEM factory audit,quality control for commissioned processing,and quality supervision key point by resident specialists,in order to improve the quality supervision system for commissioned processing in food enterprises and ensure that the products produced meet quality requirements.
