Proficiency Testing of Benzoic Acid in Fruit Wine and Its Application Assessment
In order to evaluate the technical capability of laboratory determination of benzoic acid,this capability verification is organized and implemented.This proficiency test used fruit wine as a quality control sample,which passed stability and uniformity tests before distribution.The results were evaluated using the Z-ratio score method.A total of 228 laboratories participated in this proficiency testing activity,with 220 laboratories achieving satisfactory results,accounting for 96.5%;4 laboratories with suspicious results,accounting for 1.75%;there are 4 laboratories with unsatisfactory results,accounting for 1.75%.At the same time,provide technical analysis and laboratory improvement suggestions based on the results of this validation.
