果酒中苯甲酸的检测能力验证实施及应用评价

摘要
为评价实验室测定苯甲酸的技术能力,特组织实施此次能力验证.本次能力验证以果酒作为质控样品,样本发放前通过了稳定性及均匀性检验,结果评价采用Z比分数法.本次能力验证活动共有228 家实验室参加,满意结果实验室220家,占比96.5%;可疑结果实验室4家,占比1.75%;不满意结果实验室4家,占比 1.75%.同时针对本次验证结果做出技术分析及实验室提升建议.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the technical capability of laboratory determination of benzoic acid,this capability verification is organized and implemented.This proficiency test used fruit wine as a quality control sample,which passed stability and uniformity tests before distribution.The results were evaluated using the Z-ratio score method.A total of 228 laboratories participated in this proficiency testing activity,with 220 laboratories achieving satisfactory results,accounting for 96.5%;4 laboratories with suspicious results,accounting for 1.75%;there are 4 laboratories with unsatisfactory results,accounting for 1.75%.At the same time,provide technical analysis and laboratory improvement suggestions based on the results of this validation.
