Evaluation of Measurement Uncertainty for Determination of Pantothenic Acid in Dairy Products with High Performance Liquid Chromatography
Objective:Evaluation of uncertainty for determination of pantothenic acid in dairy products by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:According to JJF 1059.1-2012,reference to the first method of GB 5009.210-2023,combining uncertainty assessment, established a mathematical model to determine the content of pantothenic acid in dairy products by liquid chromatography, analyzed and evaluated the sources of the uncertainty.Result:By quantifying and synthesizing the various components of uncertainty, the results showed that the content of pantothenic acid in the dairy product sample was 15.86 mg/100 g,and the extended uncertainty was 0.50 mg/100 g(k=2).Conclusion:This experiment showed that the preparation of standard solution and curve fitting has a great influence on the accuracy of the results, and the repeatability determination has a smaller influence on the accuracy of the results.
