Simultaneous Determination of Four Disinfection By-Products in Drinking Water by Plasma Chromatography
Objective:To establish ion chromatography method for the detection of chlorite, chlorate, dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.Method:The water samples were filtered through a 0.22 μm aqueous membrane, and then tested by DIONEX ICS-900 ion chromatograph,6 mmol·L-1 KOH was eluted isocracies, retention time was qualitative, and external standard method was quantified.Result:The method had a good linear relationship(r>0.997),high precision(relative standard deviation less than 10%),and the average recovery rate of samples spiked was 80.6%to 115.3%.Conclusion:The method is fast, simple and efficient. At the same time,OH-is used as the eluent, which can reduce the background noise,so that the detection results of low-level disinfection by-products are more accurate and reliable.
