Simultaneous Determination of 4 Kinds of Oxyphenisatin in Food by Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
An analytical method for the simultaneous determination of four oxyphenisatin in food by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established.Samples were extracted with 80%methanol,separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)column, eluted with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution, and analyzed by a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. The results showed that the four oxyphenisatin concentrations were 1.0 ng·mL-1 to 100.0 ng·mL-1 with good linear relationship, the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999;the detection limit is 10 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 20 μg·kg-1,the recoveries were 85.7%to 94.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%to 5.0%.This method has high sensitivity and accuracy, and is suitable for the detection of four oxyphenisatin in food. The method was applied to 30 different types of food on the market, and a total of 3 positive samples were screened, with a detection rate of 10.0%.
