摘要
目的:基于电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析食品包装材料中的重金属迁移量.方法:选用常见包装材料聚乙烯(Polyethylene,PE)和聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP),采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测包装材料中Cd、As、Sb、Pb、Ni、Cr和Ba共 7 种重金属元素.结果:聚乙烯及聚丙烯材料中各金属元素均呈现良好的线性关系,方法检出限为 0.010~0.034 μg·L-1,加标回收率为 89.95%~119.38%,精密度相对标准偏差为 1.1%~5.7%.结论:本方法准确度高,检测速度快,适用于食品包装材料中重金属检测,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:Analysis of heavy metal migration in food packaging materials based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Method:Polyethylene(PE)and Polypropylene(PP),common packaging materials,were used to detect seven heavy metal elements in packaging materials,including Cd,AS,Sb,Pb,Ni,Cr and Ba,by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Result:The metal elements in polyethylene and polypropylene materials exhibit good linear relationships.The detection limit of the method was 0.010~0.034 μg·L-1,the recovery rate was 89.95%~119.38%,and the precision relative standard deviation was 1.1%~5.7%.Conclusion:This method has high accuracy and fast detection speed,and is suitable for the detection of heavy metals in food packaging materials,which is worthy of popularization and application.
