基于全民健身的体育运动与膳食营养融合对策
Strategies for Integrating Physical Exercise and Dietary Nutrition Based on National Fitness

摘要
运动和营养是健康的两大支柱,但很多参与运动的人们对运动营养学的认识不足.本文从全民健身视角出发,通过分析不同运动类型对人体的影响,阐述膳食营养素的生理功能,指出运动人群中常见的膳食营养误区,提出基于全民健身的体育运动与膳食营养融合策略,为体育运动与膳食营养的融合提供思路.
Abstract
Exercise and nutrition are the two pillars of health,but many people who participate in sports do not know enough about sports nutrition.From the perspective of national fitness,this paper analyzes the impact of different types of exercise on the human body,expounds the physiological functions of dietary nutrients,points out the common dietary nutrition misunderstandings among sports people,and proposes the integration strategy of physical exercise and dietary nutrition based on national fitness to provide ideas for the integration of physical exercise and dietary nutrition.
