This study focused on the sports characteristics and reasonable dietary needs of freestyle BMX athletes.Through the analysis of the energy consumption characteristics and nutrient requirements of athletes,combined with the training intensity and competition pressure and other factors,the dietary pattern suitable for freestyle BMX athletes was explored.The study takes into account the athletes'demand for various nutrients such as protein,carbohydrate,fat,vitamins and minerals and their dietary psychology,and strives to build a dietary plan based on scientific nutrition and in line with the athletes'individual preferences,so as to provide dietary guidance for improving the athletic performance and health level of freestyle BMX athletes.
