超声辅助下江枳壳柚皮苷提取工艺的优化

本文采用超声技术辅助提取江枳壳中的柚皮苷活性成分,在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,优化得到江枳壳柚皮苷的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,在乙醇浓度 70%,料液比 1∶30(g∶mL),超声提取温度 70℃的条件下,柚皮苷的提取率为 7.89%.本文建立的优化方法简便可靠,可操作性强,可用于提取江枳壳的黄酮类活性物质,为枳壳功能性食品开发提供参考,提高枳壳的经济附加值.
Extraction Process Optimization of Naringin from Jiangxi Aurantii fructus by Ultrasonic-Assisted
This article uses ultrasound technology to assist in the extraction of naringin active ingredients from Jiangxi Aurantii fructus.Based on single factor experiments,orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the optimal extraction process of naringin from Jiangxi Aurantii fructus.The results showed that under the conditions of ethanol concentration of 70%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30(g∶mL),and ultrasonic extraction temperature of 70℃,the extraction rate of naringin was 7.89%.The optimization method established in this article is simple,reliable,and highly operable.It can be used to extract flavonoid active substances from Jiangxi Aurantii fructus,providing reference for functional foods of Jiangxi Aurantii fructus and improving its economic added value.
