Abstract
This article provides an overview of the automation technology for food safety detection and control,analyzing the application of microbial contamination automation detection technology,chemical residue automation detection technology,and physical hazard automation detection technology in food safety detection.It explores the establishment of production process automation monitoring system,automation traceability system,and risk warning and emergency response mechanism in food control,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving food safety management level.
