摘要
在食品检验检测工作中,信息化技术的应用愈发普遍,这一技术显著提高了食品检验检测的效率与结果精确度,在提高食品安全性,保障公众健康方面发挥了重要作用.本文阐述了信息化技术在食品检验检测中应用的意义,分析了信息化技术在食品检验检测中的应用策略,提出了基于信息化技术的实验室信息管理系统的实践应用,以期为食品检验检测工作提供帮助.
Abstract
In food inspection and testing work,the application of information technology is becoming increasingly common.This technology significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of food inspection and testing,and plays an important role in improving food safety and ensuring public health.This article elaborates on the significance of the application of information technology in food inspection and testing,analyzes the application strategies of information technology in food inspection and testing,and proposes the practical application of a laboratory information management system based on information technology,in order to provide assistance for food inspection and testing work.
