高效、准确的检测技术是保障食品安全的关键,而液相色谱-质谱联用技术(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,LC-MS)凭借其高灵敏度、高选择性和多靶向分析能力,在复杂基质中痕量目标物的检测方面展现出显著优势,为食品安全质量控制提供了强有力的技术支撑.本文阐述了LC-MS技术的基本原理以及食品安全检测的重要性,并探讨了该技术在农药残留、真菌毒素、食品添加剂和重金属污染物检测等方面的具体应用.
Abstract
Efficient and accurate detection technology is the key to ensuring food safety,and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)technology,with its high sensitivity,high selectivity and multi-target analysis capabilities,is used in complex It shows significant advantages in the detection of trace amounts of targets in the matrix,providing strong technical support for food safety and quality control.This article explains the basic principles of LC-MS technology and the importance of food safety testing,and discusses the specific applications of this technology in the detection of pesticide residues,mycotoxins,food additives and heavy metal contaminants.
