Abstract
Food safety sampling is related to public health and consumer rights,and is of great significance for ensuring food safety,maintaining market order,and improving regulatory effectiveness and efficiency.This article discusses the importance and challenges of food sampling based on the food sampling situation in Sanming city in 2023,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for reference.
