海南琼菜文化资源开发价值研究

摘要
海南琼菜文化历史悠久,饮食资源丰富,具有巨大的市场开发潜力和价值.了解海南琼菜文化资源,并对其进行合理开发和利用,对促进海南省的经济发展具有重要意义.本文分析了海南琼菜文化资源开发中存在的问题,并提出拓宽琼菜文化宣传渠道、强化琼菜文化资源挖掘、打造琼菜文化传人才培养提升工程以及推动琼菜文化与旅游业的深度融合的解决对策,以供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Hainan Qiongcai culture has a long history,rich food resources,has a huge market development potential and value.Understanding the cultural resources of Hainan Qiongcai and developing and utilizing them rationally is of great significance for promoting the economic development of Hainan province.This article analyzes the problems in the development of Hainan Qiongcai cultural resources,and proposes solutions to broaden the channels for promoting Qiongcai culture,strengthen the exploration of Qiongcai cultural resources,build a talent cultivation and improvement project for Qiongcai culture,and promote the deep integration of Qiongcai culture and tourism industry,for reference and inspiration.
