摘要

近年来,随着网络餐饮、预制菜等兴起,食品安全问题变得愈发突出.而食品检验检测是确保食品质量安全的重要手段之一.基于此,本文分析了食品检验检测现状,并围绕食品检验检测质量的影响因素和质量控制措施进行探讨,以期提升食品检验检测结果的准确性,促进食品行业健康发展.

Abstract

In recent years,with the rise of online catering and pre made meals,food safety issues have become increasingly prominent.Food inspection and testing is one of the important means to ensure food quality and safety.Based on this,this article analyzes the current situation of food inspection and testing,and explores the influencing factors and quality control measures of food inspection and testing quality,in order to improve the accuracy of food inspection and testing results and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
