Abstract
This article delves into the current state of food safety for pre-prepared meals.It analyzes the main reasons for the occurrence of food safety problems in pre-cooked meals and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,with the aim of providing reference for ensuring the healthy development of the pre-cooked meal industry and food safety of consumers.
