Problems and Countermeasures of Supply Chain Management in the Prefabricated Vegetable Industry
As a rapidly developing and important part of the modern catering industry,the prepared dish industry has met consumers'demand for fast and healthy diets by virtue of its convenience and standardization advantages.However,with the growing market demand,the supply chain management of the prepared dish industry faces many challenges,such as unstable raw material procurement,insufficient production standardization,imperfect cold chain logistics system and other problems,which affect the operational efficiency and market competitiveness of the whole industry.Through in-depth analysis of the problems in the supply chain management of prepared vegetables,this paper puts forward solution countermeasures such as strengthening the supply chain management of raw materials,improving the production efficiency,perfecting the cold chain logistics system,and promoting the informationization management,aiming to provide reference suggestions for the sustainable development of the prepared vegetable industry.
