摘要
近年来,网络餐饮逐渐成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分.随着网络餐饮服务的发展,一些食品安全问题相继出现,使得监管工作面临巨大挑战.基于此,本文对笔者所在地网络餐饮食品安全监管工作的情况进行阐述,分析网络餐饮服务存在的问题、危害和产生的原因,并提出相应的解决思路及对策建议,以期为网络餐饮食品安全监管工作的有效开展提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,network catering has gradually become an important part of people's daily life.With the development of online catering services,some food safety problems have emerged one after another,which makes the supervision work face great challenges.Based on this,this paper describes the situation of online catering food safety supervision in the author's place,analyzes the problems,hazards and causes of online catering services,and puts forward corresponding solutions and countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the effective development of online catering food safety supervision.
