Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety in Canteens of Higher Education Institutions
Institutions of higher learning as a key position for nurturing the future backbone of society,the canteen food safety is directly related to the health of teachers and students and the safety and stability of the campus.In recent years,as the scale of colleges and universities continues to expand and teachers and students to improve the quality of food requirements,canteen food safety issues are increasingly concerned by all sectors of society.Chinese government departments at all levels and relevant institutions have issued a number of documents and regulations to ensure the implementation of food safety policies and effectively safeguard the diet health and life safety of teachers and students.In this paper,the problems of food safety in university canteens are deeply analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for improving the food safety management level of university canteens.
