摘要

本文对 2022-2023 年辽宁省食用农产品监督抽检情况进行汇总,采用Excel进行统计、分析.结果表明,2022 年和2023 年食用农产品的不合格率分别为1.13%、1.31%;亚类中,水产品、鲜蛋、蔬菜的不合格率显著高于其他类别;细类中,韭菜、姜、淡水鱼的不合格批次占比较高;不合格项目以药物残留、重金属污染及品质指标为主.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the supervision and sampling of edible agricultural products in Liaoning province from 2022 to 2023,and uses Excel to make statistics and analysis.The results showed that the failure rates of edible agricultural products in 2022 and 2023 were 1.13%and 1.31%respectively.In the subcategory,the failure rate of aquatic products,fresh eggs and vegetables was significantly higher than that of other categories.In the sub-category,the unqualified batches of leeks,ginger and freshwater fish accounted for a relatively high proportion.The unqualified items were mainly drug residues,heavy metal pollution and quality indexes.
