Strategy Analysis of Strengthening Food Safety Management in Middle School Canteens
With the high emphasis on food safety in China,the problem of campus food safety has been widely paid attention to by society.School canteen is the main place for students to eat,and its food safety management not only affects the healthy growth of students,but also relates to the stable development of school and society.Therefore,the school should further strengthen the canteen food safety management on the basis of implementing the relevant national policies,regulations,rules and standards,strictly implement the work requirements,and constantly improve the canteen food safety management level.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the food safety management of middle school canteens,and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the food safety management of middle school canteens,in order to provide useful reference for improving the level of food safety management of school canteens,and effectively protect the health of teachers and students.
