Analysis of Food Safety in Nanning Bureau of China Railway from 2021 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the food safety situation of food production and business premises under the jurisdiction of China Railway Nanning Bureau from 2021 to 2023.Method:Statistical analysis was conducted on the test results of tableware and food samples from China Railway Nanning Bureau from 2021 to 2023 using data tables and statistical software.Result:From 2021 to 2023,China Railway Nanning Bureau collected and submitted a total of 1 128 samples for inspection,with a pass rate of 95.92%;there is no significant difference in the pass rate between different years and quarters;the qualified rate of microbial indicators is 94.71%,and the qualified rate of physical and chemical indicators is 99.69%,with a statistically significant difference between the two(χ2=15.434,P<0.05);the qualified rate of tableware samples is 93.73%,and the qualified rate of food samples is 99.32%,with a statistically significant difference between the two(χ2=21.469,P<0.05).Conclusion:The food safety situation in food production and operation sites under the jurisdiction of China Railway Nanning Bureau is good,but the potential risk of microbial contamination still needs to be paid attention to,and the hygiene management of tableware disinfection should be further strengthened.
