摘要

食品安全关系国计民生,一直备受人们关注.农贸市场作为食品流通的重要场所,在维护居民日常生活秩序、保持生产生活平稳有序发展方面扮演着关键角色.对农贸市场食品安全进行有效治理,是维护居民的"菜篮子""米袋子"安全的必要措施.本文旨在剖析基层农贸市场食品安全治理风险来源,提出针对性的对策与建议,以提高农贸市场食品安全治理的有效性.

Abstract

Food safety is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and has always attracted people's attention.As an important place for food circulation,farmers'markets play a key role in maintaining the daily order of residents and maintaining the stable and orderly development of production and life.Effective governance of food safety in farmers'markets is a necessary part of maintaining the safety of residents'"vegetable basket"and"rice bag".This article aims to analyze the sources of food safety governance risks in grassroots farmers'markets and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of food safety governance in farmers'markets.
