摘要
为提升食品包装材料的安全性,本文对塑料、金属、纸质等常用包装材料对食品安全的影响及其潜在风险进行分析,并提出相应的措施.分析认为,包装材料中的有害物质迁移、材料腐蚀和微生物污染是影响食品安全的主要因素,通过加强安全性研究、开发环保材料、提高企业质量管理和监管力度等措施,能够有效提升食品包装的安全性.
Abstract
In order to improve the safety of food packaging materials,this paper analyzes the impact of plastic,metal,paper and other commonly used packaging materials on food safety and their potential risks,and puts forward corresponding measures.According to the analysis,the migration of harmful substances in packaging materials,material corrosion and microbial pollution are the main factors affecting food safety,and the safety of food packaging can be effectively improved by strengthening safety research,developing environmentally friendly materials,and improving the quality management and supervision of enterprises.
