Guangdong Province Food Safety Supervision and Inspection of Substandard Products Analysis and Risk Assessment from January to April 2024
Based on the notification data of food non-conformities in Guangdong province in 2024 in 1 to 12 periods,this study used statistical analysis methods to analyze the characteristics and causes of non-conforming products,and evaluate their potential risks to public health.The study found that the substandard products were mainly concentrated in the two categories of edible agricultural products and catering food,and the problems were mainly concentrated in heavy metal pollution,pesticide and veterinary drug residues,microbial pollution,over-limit or over-range use of food additives,substandard quality indicators,non-edible substances and other chemical pollution.In view of these findings,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for strengthening food safety supervision and improving public food safety awareness,in order to provide decision-making reference for food safety supervision and protect public health.
