基于2024年广东省食品抽检的质量现状研究

摘要
本文对 2024 年广东省食品安全监督抽检数据结果进行分析统计.结果显示,2024 年广东省食品安全情况总体良好,合格率为 98.59%.不合格食品样品有 444 批次.餐饮食品类和食用农产品类不合格率较高,分别为 6.21%和 2.15%.其中,二氧化硫、菌落总数和恩诺沙星残留量超标问题严重,这表明广东省监管机构仍需加强对食品添加剂和相关抑菌剂的有效监管,保障食品安全与公众健康.
Abstract
This article analyzes and summarizes the results of food safety supervision and sampling data in Guangdong province in 2024.The results show that the overall food safety situation in Guangdong province in 2024 is good,with a pass rate of 98.59%.There are 444 batches of unqualified food samples.The unqualified rates of catering food and edible agricultural products are relatively high,at 6.21%and 2.15%respectively.Among them,the problem of excessive levels of sulfur dioxide,total bacterial count,and enrofloxacin residues is serious,indicating that regulatory agencies in Guangdong province still need to strengthen effective supervision of food additives and related antibacterial agents to ensure food safety and public health.
