Research on Common Microbial Contamination and Control Strategies in Dairy Products
Dairy products as a nutrient-rich substance,its market share is increasing,but in recent years microbial contamination events occur frequently,serious affecting people's life and health.This article elaborates on the sources and types of microbial contamination in dairy products,analyzes in depth the problems in the prevention and control of microbial contamination in dairy products,and propose microbial pollution control strategies to address these issues,aiming to provide theoretical support for the microbial control of dairy products industry.
