Determination of Cadmium in Rice by Microwave Digestion Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
In this paper,a method for the determination of Cd content in rice by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established. The aqua regia was used as the digestion solution to treat it in a microwave digestion instrument, and the content of Cd in the sample was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 228.80 nm.The results showed that the concentration of Cd showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0 mg·L-1 to 0.5 mg·L-1,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6,the detection limit was 0.006 0 mg·L-1,the relative standard deviation was 1.42%(n=6),and the recovery rate was 97.36%to 102.15%.The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of Cd content in rice.
