微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法检测大米中镉元素含量

本文建立微波消解-原子吸收分光光度法检测大米中镉元素(Cd)含量的方法.选用王水为消解液于微波消解仪中进行处理,并采用原子吸收分光光度计于 228.80 nm波长处对样品中Cd元素的含量进行检测.结果表明,Cd元素含量在0~0.5 mg·L-1 呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6,方法检出限为0.006 0 mg·L-1,相对标准偏差为1.42%(n=6),加标回收率为97.36%~102.15%.该方法操作简单、分析速度快、准确度高,适用于大米中Cd元素含量的检测.
Determination of Cadmium in Rice by Microwave Digestion Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
In this paper,a method for the determination of Cd content in rice by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established.The aqua regia was used as the digestion solution to treat it in a microwave digestion instrument,and the content of Cd in the sample was detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometer at the wavelength of 228.80 nm.The results showed that the concentration of Cd showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0 mg·L-1 to 0.5 mg·L-1,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 6,the detection limit was 0.006 0 mg·L-1,the relative standard deviation was 1.42%(n=6),and the recovery rate was 97.36%to 102.15%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of Cd content in rice.
