摘要
本研究建立了一种能快速检测茶叶中 11 种农药残留的液相色谱-质谱联用法.实验采用QuEChERS前处理方法,优化检测条件,并探究了方法的线性范围、回收率和基质效应.结果表明,11 种农药在 1.82~100.10 μg·L-1 线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;加标回收率为70.3%~114.5%,检出限为 0.1~0.94 μg·kg-1,定量限为 0.34~3.15 μg·kg-1,RSD在 0.9%~7.2%.本方法精密度高,重复性好,且QuEChERS方法操作简单,对环境污染小,是检测茶叶中11种农药残留的有效方法.
Abstract
This study established a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for rapid detection of 11 pesticide residues in tea.The QuEChERS pretreatment method was used in the experiment to optimize the detection conditions,and the linear range,recovery rate,and matrix effect of the method were explored.The results showed that the 11 pesticides had good linear relationships within the range of 1.82~100.10 μg·L-1,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999;the spiked recovery rate is 70.3%~114.5%,the detection limit is 0.1~0.94 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 0.34~3.15 μg·kg-1,the RSD is between 0.9%~7.2%.This method has high precision and good repeatability,and the QuEChERS method is easy to operate and has low environmental pollution.It is an effective method for detecting 11 pesticide residues in tea.
