Determination of 11 Pesticide Residues in Tea by Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry
This study established a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for rapid detection of 11 pesticide residues in tea.The QuEChERS pretreatment method was used in the experiment to optimize the detection conditions, and the linear range, recovery rate, and matrix effect of the method were explored. The results showed that the 11 pesticides had good linear relationships within the range of 1.82~100.10 μg·L-1,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999;the spiked recovery rate is 70.3%~114.5%,the detection limit is 0.1~0.94 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 0.34~3.15 μg·kg-1,the RSD is between 0.9%~7.2%.This method has high precision and good repeatability, and the QuEChERS method is easy to operate and has low environmental pollution. It is an effective method for detecting 11 pesticide residues in tea.
