Research on the Nutrition and Scientific Development of Chinese Cooking
With the improvement of people's health awareness,the combination of dietary nutrition and scientific cooking methods has received extensive attention.As an important part of traditional Chinese food culture,Chinese cuisine has rich cooking skills and unique seasoning concepts.Modern nutrition emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet,calling on people to pay attention to the nutritional composition of food and the scientific intake,which puts forward new requirements for traditional Chinese cooking.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the concept and main methods of Chinese cooking,conducts in-depth research on nutrition in Chinese cooking,and then proposes effective countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of Chinese cooking based on the problems existing in the process of scientific and nutritional Chinese cooking.
