Study on Rational Dietary Nutrition for High Jumpers Using the Fosbury Flop Technique
The backstroke high jump is a sports event that requires athletes to have extremely high explosive power and flexibility.It not only requires athletes to master exquisite skills,but also to have a strong physical foundation.This article introduces the characteristics of backstroke high jump,analyzes the dietary energy intake requirements of backstroke high jump athletes,explores the reasons for the unreasonable dietary nutrition of backstroke high jump athletes,and puts forward reasonable dietary nutrition suggestions in order to improve their sports performance and accelerate the recovery process of the body.
