Research on the Application of Rapid PCR Method in Food Inspection
Food safety is related to the health and safety of the public,and fast and accurate food testing technology is an important means to ensure food safety.This article elaborates on the basic principles of the rapid polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method and analyzes its specific applications in the detection of foodborne pathogens,genetically modified components,allergens,and fungal toxins.The rapid PCR methods can significantly shorten detection time,improve detection sensitivity and specificity,and provide strong technical support for the development of food safety testing.
