在当今社会,食品安全问题备受关注.食品中的污染物不仅会影响食品的品质和口感,还会对人体健康造成严重危害.因此,准确、快速地检测食品中的常见污染物至关重要.本文针对食品检验中常见污染物的检测方法进行了深入探讨,分析了不同检测方法的原理、优缺点,旨在为食品检验工作者提供参考.
Abstract
In today's society,food safety issues are a matter of concern.Contaminants in food not only affect the quality and taste of food,but also cause serious harm to human health.Therefore,it is critical to accurately and quickly detect common contaminants in food.This paper discusses the detection methods of common contaminants in food inspection,analyzes the principles,advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods,and aims to provide reference for food inspection workers.
